Pre Sale Inspections
Set your buyers mind at ease with a completed Builder Report before you sell. Mercury Inspections can provide an accurate report with suggestions to help with the sale of your home.
Thermal Imagery
At Mercury Inspections we use a Flir C5 Compact Thermal Imaging Camera. We can let you know of moist and wet areas in your home that might need attention by reading the thermal radiation and Service temperature of the area in conjunction with a non-invasive moisture meter.
Maintenance Report
